Quality Assurance

The best grade of raw materials like Titanium, Tantalum, Nickel, Hastelloy ‘B' & ‘C', Monel, Inconel, Zirconium, Niobium, Alloy 20, Alloy 904L, Stainless steel & other special alloys, etc. are sourced from reputed vendors around the world.

All the required raw materials undergo stringent chemical & physical tests and are further subjected to other various tests like Dye Penetrant tests, Radiography testing and UV testing of the weld joints and other sophisticated tests. For best results in welding, we conduct procedure qualification of welding and performance qualification of welders.

Our quality process involves the thorough auditing of drawings for fabrication, preparing the QAP, getting design approval and subsequently, initiating production while stringently sticking to plans. We maintain strict adherence to standard engineering techniques and following the strictest ASME, ISO and BS standards.
